By accessing bonfireaudio.com or purchasing any Bonfire Audio product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or products.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created automatically when you purchase a product. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials or serial keys.

3. Purchases and Refunds

All prices are in USD. Purchases are final except as described in our refund policy. We offer a 14-day refund window, no questions asked. Contact hello@bonfireaudio.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunded licenses are revoked.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not: reverse engineer our software, redistribute or resell our software or license keys, share license keys, use our products in ways that violate applicable law, or attempt to circumvent license protection.

5. Intellectual Property

All Bonfire Audio software, content, and trademarks are owned by Bonfire Audio. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the software as described in the EULA — it does not transfer ownership.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bonfire Audio software is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bonfire Audio's principal place of business.
