End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License
When you purchase Bonfire Bass, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal and commercial music production. This license is for you personally — it cannot be transferred to another person.
2. Number of Installations
Your license allows you to install and activate Bonfire Bass on up to 2 machines simultaneously. You can deactivate a machine from your account dashboard at any time to free a seat and activate on a different machine.
3. Permitted Uses
You may use Bonfire Bass for personal and commercial music production, including music released commercially, sync licensing, and work for clients. No additional licensing is required for music made with Bonfire Bass.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not: reverse engineer or decompile the software, redistribute the software or any part of it, resell or sublicense your license, share your serial key with others, or use the software to create competing software tools.
5. Updates
All updates to Bonfire Bass are free for the lifetime of the product, including major version updates. Updates are downloaded through your account dashboard.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window, no questions asked. Contact hello@bonfireaudio.com within 14 days of purchase. Upon refund, your license is revoked and the software must no longer be used.
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
8. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
Bonfire Bass is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonfire Audio is not liable for any damages arising from use of the software.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
